After working in inventory rentals Victoria joined Hewitts Consulting in 2011. Based on her attention to detail and an affinity for dealing with people, Victoria swiftly mastered the Resourcer role, finding the process of fitting the right person to the right job a key motivator, and in her own words ‘the most important factor for me and the reason for our existence’. Victoria shares the same unshakable belief as all the team at Hewitts Consulting – the need to develop personal relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure both achieve their goals.
